This is a 3 bedroom 6 birth ABI Polaris 2008 Prestige Caravan. It is ideally situated, less than a minute walk from the main complex on South Lawn.

The caravan benefits from double glazing and domestic style gas central heating to all rooms. Ideal for early or late season breaks. It also has piped gas so there is no chance of running out at inconvenient times.

Internally, there is a large spacious living area and kitchen / dining area. It has wrap around sofa in the living area with a gas fire, large flat screen TV, video, DVD player, Freeview and Playstation 2. There is a selection of Videos, DVD’s and Playstation Games for your entertainment (not that you will need it with the range of activities on site).

There is a fully fitted kitchen with cooker / oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Iron, Ironing board and Vacuum Cleaner. There is also a breakfast bar with tall stools which overlooks the dining area.

There is an internal door which separates the living area from the rest of the caravan, to the rear of the caravan there is one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have wardrobes and overhead storage. There is also a hair dryer and hair straighteners for your convenience. A bed rail and high chair are available on request.

The shower room is equipped with a large walk in shower with power shower; it is warmed by a large heated towel radiator. There is also a second toilet and handwash basin. Externally there is a large grassed area to the rear of the caravan and we are situated directly opposite the tennis courts. There is a parking space to the front of the caravan with a seating area.

We take bookings for 3, 4 or 7 night stays (or longer if requested).
Please note there is no smoking in the caravan and pets are not allowed. We do not accept all male or female parties (site rules).

£100 non refundable deposit is required on booking; the remainder is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Please note that prices do not include funworks passes or bedding. Quilts and Pillows are provided but you must bring your own bedding and towels.
