Hi welcome to my Caravan This caravan has 2 Bedrooms and is to sleep 4 /6 people and has double glazing and is heated throughout.
The Caravan is located on Lakefield 99 this is an excellent position offering parking and veranda. It also has the added benefit of views to the lake. It is in a very convenient position for all complex facilities.
The caravan has a very spacious lounge area with comfortable wrap-around sofa style sprung seating. Colour TV, DVD, Digital TV Box, CD/Radio Player.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle and a full inventory of cutlery crockery for six people, also many extras.
Sleeping four / six in 2 bedrooms the accommodation offers 1 double room and 1 x twin room. All with fitted storage and overhead cabinets. All rooms/beds are supplied with Duvets & Pillows with pillow and mattress protectors.
There is a toilet/shower room.
Decking with table chairs, some toys for the children and games in the caravan.
Gas BBQ
High Chair, Travel Cot provided free of charge, if needed.

For your convenience there is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.
Bookings are accepted for 3/4 and 7 Nts beginning March, April, May, June, September, and October. July and August 7 Nts starting Saturdays. (Please ring to enquire as I am flexible).
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking, with the full balance payable eight weeks before your holiday start date.
FREE Gas and Electricity, and fully heated through out.
