A beautifully maintained holiday home owned by the Kennedy family

 
Situated in a quiet area with one way low trafic volume away from the lakes, however all entertainment and amenities are only 2 minutes short walk away. This plot is ideal for families with young children.
 
Our caravan will comfortably provide living quarters for upto 6 people:

1 double bedroom, with dressing table, large wardrobe and overhead cupboard space, radio alarm clock; 2 twin bedrooms with wardrobe and cupboard space.
All bedrooms have heating for those cooler nights!
Pillows and duvets are supplied, bed linen is not included - YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN LINEN, this service is no longer available from housekeeping.
 
The bright spacious living area has 2 large sofas, gas fire, tv with dvd player, freeview box, cd player, and also boasts superb views over the lake. There is also a large dining area, to comfortably seat the whole family at meal times.
 
Fully functional kitchen has all the mod cons to make your holiday feel like home.
Full gas cooker with double oven, top of range microwave, fridge with integral freezer compartment, bench top freezer, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, all general cooking utensils.
 
For your comfort and convenience we have provided a hoover, an iron and ironing board.

Good size bathroom, with basin, WC and large shower cubical (for young children
this can be used as a bath) and also has heating.
 
Additional separate WC and hand basin.
 
We have also provided for families with babies and small children: a bed guard, safety gate, high chair, and microwave sterilizer.
 
We are on a large plot with picnic table and umbrella, BBQ and hard standing driveway with room for 2 cars.
 
All we ask is that you respect our holiday home and leave it as you found it on arrival. And remember to take all your personal belongings with you.

£50 non refundable deposit required to secure booking, with remaining balance payable 6 weeks in advance of booking.
 
Check in 4pm, departure 10am
