My caravan has a very spacious lounge area with comfortable wrap-around sofa style sprung seating. Colour TV, DVD, Digital TV Box, CD/Radio Player. There is a fully fitted kitchen with double oven gas cooker microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle and a full inventory of cutlery crockery for six people, also many extras.

Sleeping six in 3 bedrooms the accommodation offers 1 double room and 2 x twin rooms. All with fitted storage and overhead cabinets. All rooms/beds are supplied with Duvets & Pillows with pillow and mattress protectors.

There is a toilet/shower room and also a separate toilet. The caravan has a gas fire to the main lounge and there is heating also to the rear of the caravan.

For your convenience there is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Bookings are accepted for 3/4 and 7 Nts beginning March, April, May, June, September, and October. July and August 7 Nts starting

Saturdays. (Please ring to enquire as we are flexible). A £50 non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking, with the full balance payable eight weeks before your holiday start date.

Fun works passes are not included in the price but can purchased from reception.

The Caravan is located at Lake Side East 129 this is an excellent position offering parking and patio area. It also has the added benefit of views to the main lake. It is in a very convenient position for all complex facilities.

The caravan also provides as standard: Colour TV, Dvd Player, CD/Radio Player, Vacuum Cleaner. Gas and electricity are included in the cost. Extra Oil filled radiators in the caravan too

High chair and Travel Cot can be provide upon request. No extra charge.
